Kraut casserole

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground beef - browned
20 ounces sauerkraut, drained
1 10 ounce pkg egg noodles
1 lg + 1 sm can cream of mushroom soup
8 slices American cheese

Directions

Brown beef, drain and spread on the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish.

Drain kraut and spread over the beef.

Layer the raw noodles over the kraut - you can add or subtract to your preference

Spread the soup over the raw noodles, cover as many of the noodles as possible.

Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until noodles are soft.

Remove tin foil, cover with cheese and bake for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

20 minutes. Cook Time: 45 minutes.
