Ingredients2 small flour tortillas4 tsp. Dijon mustard 1/2 lb. Sliced pastrami 1 cup Fresh sauerkraut 5 oz. Shredded Jack or mild cheese DirectionsLightly toast both tostadas in toaster ovenSpread mustard on each tortilla Cover each with slices of pastrami Add sauerkraut on top of meat Top with shredded cheese Bake in toaster oven 5 - 7 min. @ 350 degrees until bubbly Servings2Time to prepare10 minutes. Cook Time: 7 minutes |
