Apfel Sauerkraut und Porkchops

Ingredients

1 bag or jar sauerkraut
1 apple [cut into 1" chunks ]
1 beef boulion
1chopped onion
1 Tbs caraway seed
1 Tbs sugar
1 & 1/2 Tsp cumin
salt & pepper , to taste
1 bottle german beer
4 fat porkchops
1 bag frzn brussel sprouts
crockpot

Directions

add first nine ingredients to crockpot ...stir

brown pork in separate frying pan

place chops on top of kraut mixture

pour sprouts on top of everything

cover... cook on low... 6-8 hrs

Time to prepare

20 mins. Cook 6-8 hours.
