Easy Slo Cooker Sauerkraut |

Ingredients
3 pound package country style pork spare ribs
salt and pepper to taste
one large can Franks sauerkraut
Directions
Boil spare ribs in enough water to cover for 45min to 1hr until par boiled. Drain and transfer to slo cooker.
Add one large can of Franks Sauerkraut, and cook on lowest setting for 3-4 hrs until meat falls apart. Serve with new potatoes mashed with real butter.
