Easy Kraut Dinner with Sausages

Ingredients

2 lb Polska Kielbasa (cut in pieces)
2 lb Sweet Italian Sausage (cut in pieces)
8 -10 Red Rose Potatoes (whole)
1 tsp caraway seeds
2 lbs saurkraut

Directions

Brown Sweet Italian Sausage in skillet.

Wash potatoes and place in Dutch Oven or 6 QT pan.

Place cut up Polska and browned Italian sausages on top of Potatoes.

Sprinkle caraway seeds on top.

Pour Sauerkraut (with liquid) over meat and potatoes.

Cover, bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 hour.
