The Creek Meal |

Ingredients
6 mild Italian Sausages
6 Bratwurst Sausages
1 28 oz jar Bicks Sauerkraut
1 cup red wine
1 medium onion, chopped
8 gloves garlic sliced
4 cloves garlic whole
8 medium potatoes peeled
Directions
Brown sausages in large skillet.
Add sauerkraut, onion, sliced garlic and wine.
Simmer covered 1/2 hour, and uncovered 1/2 hour.
Cook potatoes with 4 cloves whole garlic so the will be done after the first hour.
Mash the garlic potatoes with butter and milk.
Serve sauerkraut mixture over the potatoes.
