Texas Goulash |

Ingredients
2 cans sauerkraut rinsed and drained
2 cans hot chili beans
1 large onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
3 jalapeno peppers chopped
1/2 bottle BBQ sauce
chili powder
garlic powder
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese grated
2 lbs. beef stew meat
Directions
In slow cooker, put one can sauerkraut then the stew meat.Top with one can chili beans. Add onion, bell pepper and jalapenos. Season w/ tbs. chili powder and couple dashes garlic powder.
Add second can sauerkraut, then second can chili beans. Cover with grated cheese and dribble BBQ sauce on the top.
Cook on low 6-8 hours or until beef is tender.
