Bob's Oven Hocks & Kraut

Ingredients

4-6 large pork hocks
2 bags of Deli Kraut

Directions

Brown Hocks @ 450 degrees in uncovered roaster for about 90 minutes. Check ocassionally for excessive browning. After browning pour off any fat. Bottom of pan should be quite brown.

Add bags of Kraut undrained and turn oven down to 400 degrees. Bake for about another 45 minutes checking occasionally for browning.

10 minutes. Cook 2 hr. and 15 min.
