Tasty Crock Pot Pork Roast

Ingredients

4-6# Pork Roast
Pkg Instant dry Onion soup Mix
Bavarian Kraut drained
1/4 to 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
and sprinkle 1/4 to 1/2 cup brown sugar over
top. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours and enjoy.

Directions

Brown Pork Roast if desired

Place in Crock Pot on Low

Sprinkle Dry on ion suop mix over the top of the roast

sprinkle or spread the sauerkraut over the roast.

Sprinkle the brown sugar (depending on how sweet you want it) over the sauerkraut

Cook on low for 6-8 hours and enjoy.

Time to prepare

10 minutes. Cook 6-8 hours.
