BBQ Sauerkraut |

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
2 med. onions sliced on the thin side
2 1/2 Cups drained sauerkraut
2 Cups tomato juice
1 Cup light brown sugar
1/2 Cup mild BBQ sauce
Serve over homemade home fries
Directions
With CLEAN hands mix all ingredients together in order given. Bake in a covered dish for 1 hour. at 350 degreees
