Sausage and Sauerkraut with Pirogies |

Ingredients
Sausage(Octoberfest,Vendor or Smokeys)
Saurkraut
Bacon
Onions
Pirogies
Veggies
Directions
Place desired number of sausage in fry pan,turning until desired effect of browning.
Rinse desired amount of saurkraut to remove excess salt.(I use my homemade kraut)
Place saurkraut in pan with sausage and reduce heat until browned to your liking.
Place frozen pirogies in boiling water, with a bit of butter added, until they rise to the top.
Chop onions and bacon into oiled pan and sautee.Then put the pirogies into this and fry together until lightly browned.
Serve hot with favorite veggies.

15 min. Cook time 30 min.
