Reuben Casserole |

Ingredients
1 can or jar of sauerkraut
1 cup sour cream
1 medium onion chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can corned beef (not hash)
4 large slices rye bread
2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
Directions
Mix well the sauerkraut, sour cream, onion and garlic. Spread on the bottom of a baking dish. Crumble corned beef over the top. Crumble rye bread over corned beef. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over this. Cover and bake at 350 degrees.
