Sauerkraut Relish |

Ingredients
1 lg can of sauerkraut
1/2 c celery chopped fine
1/2 c red onion chopped fine
1 bottle (10 to 12 0z) Heintz Chili sauce
a little sugar to taste.... you may not need it.
A little seasoned salt....if you like it.
Directions
Mix the ingredients together, omitting the salt and suger.
Put in a tupperware like container and chill overnight.
The next day add suger and salt to taste. Some people don't add any.
Let it sit for an hour. If it's hot, put it back in the fridge.
Serve over brats, hot dogs or hamburgers.
Time to prepare
10-15 minutes
