Kraut & Pork bake

Ingredients

Two Cans fav brand kraut
four lean, thin boneless pork chops
butter or margarine
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees and set out all your ingredients

Take a glass baking dish, the smaller size (eight by nine)place half a container of kraut in the bottom, smoothed out evenly

Place two of the chops on the kraut, add a pat of butter and the other half container.

Add the next two chops and the second full container and a couple of pats of butter and lightly salt and pepper it. Cover with foil and bake for at least two hours. Remove foil and return to oven to lightly brown top.

Serves four. If you have high blood pressure or a problem with salt omit that from the recipe.
