Ingredients
6 cups Sauerkruat
4cups sliced onion
1 teaspoon Sage
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 tespoon poultry seasoning
3cups long cooking rice
3 eggs
Directions
Drain the kraut and slice the onion and mix well together .Next mix in the seasonings and then the rice. Add the eggs all at once. Mix everything together an place in the body of the goose and spray the goose with butter flavored pan spray and in a large roaster pan on a rack bake for depending on size of goose at least 5 hours at 325 .. Remove the lid an brown the goose an remove the dressing a serve on the side and cool the bird and then slice..
