Stuffed Peppers |

Ingredients
1 lb of grd chuck
1 onion diced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can sauerkraut
1 cup instant rice uncooked
4 large green peppers halved
cheese mozzerella or swiss 1cup
Directions
brown meat,add onion, salt and pepper to taste,drain meat add kraut and tomatoes,stir in uncooked rice spoon mixter in halved green peppers bake at 350 for 1 hour sprinkle cheese on top bake for15 min. or until cheese is melted
