Brine Kraut
Smoked Pork Bacon

Directions

Cook one tray of bacon in microwave.

Simmer kraut 5 mins.

Break up crisp bacon in kraut.

Stir bacon and kraut on low heat until simmering, and let cool.

Time to prepare

10 min. Cook time 10 min.
