Sauerkraut Pie |

Ingredients
1-2 cans kraut
Ring bologna, kielbasa or other sausage
Frozen spinach
Mashed Potatoes, prepared
Paprika
Salt & Pepper
Directions
Drain kraut and spread over bottom of 9X13 pan
Cut up bologna and layer over kraut
Thaw and drain spinach. Spread over bologna
Spread prepared mashed potatoes over spinach. Make sure to cover the whole top layer and extend spuds to sides of pan to form a seal.
Sprinkle with paprika, salt & pepper
Bake @ 350 for 30-40 minutes or until spuds are golden brown
