Kraut and chops |

Ingredients
4 to 6 pork chops
1 or 2 cans Franks Kraut
6-8 medium to large potatoes
Directions
Brown chops in small amount of oil. Salt and pepper them.
reomve chops from pan and set aside. Place kraut in the same pan and add 2 cans of water.
simmer kraut in pan to allow it to mix with the chop remains. Say 5-15 min.
Place chops in roasting pan and cover with the kraut. Cover roaster and place it in a 350 degree oven for 45-60 min.
While chops and kraut are baking boil the potatos until ready for mashing.
Mash the spuds add a little milk to remove the lumps.
Place spuds on a plate and cover them with the kraut. Set chop along side and add the juice over all of it. The kraut will turn a medium brown and tastes fantastic.
