Ingredients
1qt. - sauerkraut drain well,
1- dozen eggs
bacon grease from fried bacon
Directions
drain & squeeze sauerkraut, heat cast iron fry pan till hot & add bacon grease, drained kraut, in cast iron pan, cook & brown kraut till it look like hash brown potatoes.
cook eggs over easy,& serve over fried sauerkraut
