1 KEILBASA
5 MEDIUM POTATOES
1 lb. SAUERKRAUT
12 oz. BEER (YOUR PREFERENCE
Directions
(1) SLICE KEILBASA LENGTHWISE AND CUT INTO 1/2 INCH PIECES.
(2) PEEL POTATOES AND CUT INTO 1 INCH CUBES.
(3) PLACE INGREDIENTS INTO SOUP POT IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER: POTATOES, KEILBASA, SAUERKRAUT, BEER. (PACK SAUERKRAUT DOWN AND SPREAD EVENLY OVER TOP.)
(4) SIMMER OVER LOW HEAT FOR 45 MINUTES TO ONE HOUR. ENJOY WITH A CRISP FRENCH OR ITALIAN BREAD.
