Sauerkraut Rye Bread

Ingredients

1 cup sauerkraut - rinsed and drained
3/4 cup warm water
1-1/2 TB molasses
1-1/2 TB butter
1-1/2 TB brown sugar
1 tsp. caraway seed
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup rye flour
2 cups bread flour
1-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast

Directions

Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic Bread Cycle; press Start.

I don't own a bread machine. What changes, if any, are needed to bake in the oven? Also temperature & time. Suggestions anyone?
