Reuben Pizza #2

Ingredients

1/4 cup horseradish mustard
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 pre-made 12" pizza crust
1/2 to 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
1/2 lb. thinly sliced corned beef, cut into strips
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
12 pickled pepper rings
Olives, sliced - optional

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Blend mustard and cream cheese; spread over pizza shell to within 1-inch of the edge. Spread sauerkraut and corned beef evenly over pizza. Sprinkle on Swiss cheese and arrange pickled pepper rings over pizza. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
