Ingredients

1 roll refrigerated pizza dough
3 TB Thousand Island dressing
8 thin slices Deli corned beef (about 1/3 lb.)
1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
1/4 lb. thinly sliced Swiss cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375º F. Unroll pizza dough onto a 10" x 15" jelly roll pan. Flatten it and shape into a rectangle.

Spread the crust with the Thousand Island Dressing, leaving a 1/2" margin of dough uncovered. Top with the corned beef, distributing it evenly.

Spread the sauerkraut evenly over the meat. Top with the slices of Swiss cheese.

Roll up the dough, jelly roll style, starting with the long side. Pinch the seams to seal and place the seam side down. Pinch both ends of roll to seal.

Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the roll is golden brown. Cut into slices to serve.
