Stuffed Cabbage |

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef lean
1 lb ground sausage
1 cup of rice
1 egg
1 tbs oregano
1 tsp sage
1/2 tsp salt
6 to 8 cans sauerkraut juice
1 to 2 heads cabbage
Directions
Boil cabbage until it starts to fall apart
Mix all ingredients and roll into the gabbage leaves.
Put into a large crockpot and cover with the sauerkraut juice
Cook on low for 8 hrs or till you think it taste the best. Taste best the longer it cooks.
Time to prepare
30 minutes. Cook time 8 hours or less.
