Savoury Sauerkraut |

Ingredients
500g sauerkraut, drained
100g salami, sliced into strips
4 sun-dried tomatoes, sliced into strips
1 medium onion, sliced
100 ml BBQ sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
Directions
Heat some oil in a pan and gently fry the onions till translucent.
Add the sun-dried tomatoes and salami, and fry for about 4-5 minutes. Dish it up and side aside.
Into the pan, add the drained sauerkraut, and heat through thoroughly. Add the BBQ sauce and cook till all the sauce is absorbed by the kraut.
Add the sugar and the salami mixture and mix it up well. Serve warm with good crusty bread.
