Chicken Reuben Casserole |

Ingredients
1 lg can Sauerkraut, drained
1tsp pepper, 2 Tbl caraway seeds, crushed
1tsp chk boullion
6 chicken brsts, deboned and skinned
6 thick slices swiss cheese
1 cup thousand island dressing
Directions
Make sauerkraut. Drain, and rinse well. Put kraut in pan with 1/2 c water, caraway seeds, pepper and boullion. Cook with lid on for 45min. Simmered.
Get a lasagna pan and lay out the chicken breasts. Pour over top, 1/2 the dressing.
Top take kraut and cover the chicken. Top with remaining dressing. Add more if desired.
Then add the cheese. Try to top each breast.
Heat oven on 350degrees. Cook chicken for 30 min. or till done.
You can always add more or less of the cheese and dressing. Serve with a nice potatoe salad and a good beer! A green salad also works.
