Sauerkraut & Pork

Ingredients

2 lbs pork hocks or spare ribs
1/4 barley
1 can Sauerkraut, drained
2 cups water
5 meduim potatoes, peeled, cooked

Directions

Put Pork hocks or spare ribs in slow cooker, with barley and water for 2 1/2 hours on high

Add sauerkraut and cook at medium until served.

Boil potatoes separatly

Serve pork & sauerkraut over the potatoes.

Time to prepare

15 minutes. Cook Time: 3 hours.
