Pork chops and Saurkraut |

Ingredients
8 Meaty pork ribs
1 Large container Saurkraut, drained
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1tsp onion powder
3 Tbsp oil
Directions
season meat with red pepper, black pepper, salt and onion powder. in large pot, heat oil on medium high heat and add pork. Brown on all sides, cooking for about 15 min. Add saurkraut and stir well. Reduce heat to medium and cook covered, for 20 min more stirring every few minutes so you dont burn it.
Saurkraut with turn almost translucent and take on the flavor of the meat and seasoning... this dish is great served with sauteed cabbage and boiled baby potatoes.
