Lucilles Hot Dish |

Ingredients
1 lb. Polish Sausage cut in chunks
6 cups diced, raw potatoes
1 large onion, chopped
1 large can sauerkraut
1 cup mayonnaisse ( not salad dressing)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Mix all together. Either bake in greased casserole in a 350 degree oven for 2 hours or 6 to 8 hours in a crockpot.

About 20 min. Cook Time: 2 hours in oven or 6 to 8 hours in crockpot
