Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs. gr. beef
1 med. onion-chopped
1 med gr. pepper-chopped
2- 14 oz. cans FRANK'S sweet bavarian kraut
6-8 cups mashed potatoes
6-8 pats butter or margarine
paprika (optional)

Directions

brown the gr. beef with the chopped onion and gr. pepper. drain excess fat.

place gr. beef mixture in a 9x13 pan.

drain 1-2 tbls. liquid from each can of FRANK'S sweet bavarian sauerkraut. Spread kraut over the beef mixture.

spread the mashed potatoes over the layer of kraut, making sure to seal to edge of pan.

arrange pate of butter or margarine on top of mashed potatoes.

sprinkle with paprika, is desired.

bake @ 350 degrees until light golden brown and hot (40-50 minutes)

6-8

Time to prepare

20 minutes. Cook Time: 40-50 minutes @ 350 degrees.
