Krispy Kraut Salad |

Ingredients
2 c. finely chopped sauerkraut 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1 c. chopped pimento 1/2 c. cider or white vinegar 1/4 c. salad oil 1/2 c. sugar
Directions
Drain kraut. Combine onion,celery, green pepper and pimento. Make a dressing from vinegar, oil and surgar. Blend all and marinate at least an hour. Serves 6.
