Anne's German Dogs

Ingredients

1 large can/jar of Sauerkraut 1 pkg. frozen Hot Links, thawed, score down the middle 1 large yellow onion sliced in thin strips 1large green bell pepper, sliced in thin strips 2 pkgs. hot dog buns sliced jalapeno pepper, optional

Directions

Drain sauerkraut heat in saucepan. Saute' in hot cooking oil, pepper, onion, until tender. Fry hot links till brown, your choice of browness. Heat hot dog buns in slow oven, while hot rub with garlic. Add your choice of condiment on bun, we use horseradish. Add hot link, sauted onion and pepper, top with sauerkraut. Serve while at least warm.

We have ate and loved this dish for years. Kinda made it up a long time ago. Hope you like it as much as we do.
