Easy Ol' Czech Kraut

Ingredients

1 large Jar Kraut- App. 1 qt.
1 large medium peeled grated potatoe
1 diced peeled G.S. apple
1 medium chopped onion
1 tablespoon caraway seed
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons bacon bits
1 garlic button-smashed
salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour before serving. Add water as needed.

Time to prepare

10 minutes. Cook time 60 min.
