Savory Reuben Cheesecake

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups rye cracker crumbs
1/4 cup plus 2 T melted butter
2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup flour
1 8-oz. bottle Thousand Island Dressing
1 8-oz. can sauerkraut, well drained
1 10 oz. can corned beef, well broken up
4 eggs

Directions

Put crumbs and butter in a 9-inch springform pan. Mix well and press into place. Whip cream cheese til fluffy. Add eggs, beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix til well blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Cool. Cover and chill to serve.
