Bacon Kraut Salad Dressing

Ingredients

5 slices bacon
2 tbs. water
2 tbs. packed brown sugar
1 tbs. minced onion
½ tsp. mustard
¼ cup sauerkraut
2 tbs. bacon drippings

Microwave bacon until done. Save drippings.
Combine water, brown sugar, onion, mustard and bacon drippings.
Microwave until boiling.
Add sauerkraut.
