Sauerkraut and Beet salad |

Ingredients
1 can Sauerkraut
1 can Beets, cut in cubes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium dill pickels, cut in cubes
1 lg boiled potatoe, cut in cubes
1 cup virgin oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and let it cool for about 2 hrs before serving
Time to prepare
30 min.
