Sauerkraut Salad |

Ingredients
2# bag or 2 cans sauerkraut drained
1 can bean sprouts drained
1 and one third cup diced celery
1 and one third cup diced green pepper
2 thirds cup diced onion
1 and one half tsp. celery seed
1 grated carrot
Directions
In a saucepan mix 1 and one half cups sugar,2 thirds cup salad oil, 2 thirds cup vinegar,
Heat until sugsr dissolves, Pour over vegetables in a bowl,refrigerate. turn over next day.
