Ingredients
2 large cans of Franks Kraut
2 large pork hocks
2 cans water
2 large red potatoes
1/4 cup flour
Directions
Put kraut in large kettle. Add water and simmer for at least 4 hours. Remove Hocks, let cool. Peel and grate 2 potatoes, add flour and mix well. Add to kraut . Turn low and simmer for a a couple hours stirring often so it doesn't burn on bottom of kettle.

I usually make bread dumplings with the kraut.
